Princecraft Awarded Employer of Choice

During a special ceremony at the Toronto's Enercare Centre as part of the 60th Toronto International Boat Show, Princecraft Boats Inc. was awarded a 2018 Employer of Choice – Marine Business category, by the Boating Industry Canada Employer of Choice (BICEOC) Award Program.

To determine the winning companies, BICEOC has, among other things, sent an anonymous engagement survey to all Princecraft employees, providing them the opportunity to voice their opinions on a number of cultural and organizational elements that influence their workplace experience.

In total, 247 employees completed the survey, representing an exceptional participation rate of 90percent. With the great results obtained, Princecraft Boats earned the title of 2018 Employer of Choice! This award recognizes marine business Canadian employers that have committed themselves to better business management practices ensuring successful performance and profit achievement.
